Former Director (Finance), THDC India Limited
Retired Director (Finance), THDC India Limited, Shri Judhistir Behera comes from an agricultural family in Odisha and witnessed Natural Farming practices during his childhood. Concerned about the increasing use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and their impact on soil, water and public health, he established Nisarga Foundation Trust to promote sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation and support for needy patients.

Smt. Sagarika Behera, a graduate in Arts, has been a constant source of strength and inspiration behind the establishment and growth of Nisarga Foundation Trust. She strongly believes that healthy food, environmental conservation, and compassionate healthcare are essential for building a better society.
As a Trustee, she actively supports the Trust’s initiatives in promoting Natural Farming, creating awareness about preventive healthcare, and extending assistance to economically disadvantaged patients, particularly those affected by cancer. Her dedication to community welfare and service continues to guide the Trust’s humanitarian activities.
Shri Shyam Sundar Agrawala

Shri Shyam Sundar Agrawala is a qualified Cost Accountant with extensive professional experience gained from the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and the private sector. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to ethical leadership and social responsibility.
Driven by a desire to give back to society, he joined Nisarga Foundation Trust to promote Natural Farming and support healthcare initiatives for underprivileged communities. His financial expertise, managerial experience, and commitment to sustainable rural development significantly strengthen the Trust’s mission.

Shri Bijan Kanti Mishra holds postgraduate qualifications in Commerce and Law (M.Com., LL.B.) and retired from the Life Insurance Corporation of India after a distinguished career. A respected scholar and social activist, he has consistently worked at the grassroots level with a deep commitment to public welfare.
As a Founder Member and the first General Secretary of Fighters Group, Bargarh, he has played an instrumental role in creating awareness for cancer prevention across Western Odisha. Recognizing the vital role of Natural Farming in reducing exposure to harmful chemicals and promoting healthier living, he became closely associated with Nisarga Foundation Trust. His experience in community mobilization and public awareness continues to provide valuable guidance to the Trust in advancing sustainable agriculture and preventive healthcare.
Sri Sanatan Dora

Shri Sanatan Dora retired as Senior Manager from the Life Insurance Corporation of India, where he most recently served as Manager (Customer Relations) in the Sambalpur Division. During his distinguished career, he acquired extensive experience in marketing, training, customer relations, and organizational development.
Born into an agricultural family, he has maintained a lifelong connection with farming and rural life. Deeply committed to promoting sustainable agriculture, he strongly believes in practices that restore soil health and reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Inspired by the vision of Nisarga Foundation Trust, he contributes his professional experience and grassroots understanding to support the Trust’s mission of promoting Natural Farming, environmental conservation, and rural empowerment.
